Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please send an email to customer support with your order details. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing an order and it has been more than 24 hours, you can still request a cancellation, but a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Return Policy:

At Padozee, we aim to provide you with high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

  1. Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@padozee.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in this condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

If you received a damaged or defective product, we offer exchanges. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with an RMA number and send a replacement as soon as possible.
